Description
Tapered Headset Integral is a super durable semi-integrated headset. Headset cups made of 2014 T6 aluminum. The bearing races are coated to protect against rust. Special water-repellent grease and seals protect the bearing against moisture.
Specifications:
- Tapered headset is designed to fit tapered frames (44mm top and 56mm bottom frame diameter) and tapered forks
- Headset uses custom made, replaceable stainless steel bearings to resist corrosion
- The cups, taper ring and crown race (which is split for easy installation and removal) are all machined from 2014 T6 aluminium
- Sealing is achieved through an adjustable taper ring cover and integrated rubber seal
- Can be used with straight 1 1/8" forks with additional conversion crown
