Description
This oversized 42t cog is designed to be used with 10spd cassettes for extending the gear range with 1X drivetrains. CNC machined from 5mm thick AL 7075 T6 plate for great strength. Compatible with both SRAM & Shimano cassettes.

Distance Pad is too high.
I mounted it on a XT cassette. On the outer ring of the Octane One Chainring, there's a distance pad that should lean towards the 36 teeth ring of your existing cassette. But it's too high, so that there's a 1.5mm space between the Octane One Chainring and the existing cassette on the free hub side. As I don't want to mount the Octane One Chainring with violence and pre-tension, I sent it back.
