Description

The Dartmoor Sparrow Junior 27.5/26 is a lightweight trail hardtail designed for young riders between 140 and 160 cm tall who want to push their limits and ride more demanding trails. It’s the perfect step between smaller junior bikes and full-size MTBs.

The mini-mullet wheel setup (27.5” front / 26” rear) delivers confidence at higher speeds while remaining agile in tight corners and technical sections. The X-Fusion RC32 air fork with 130 mm of travel provides smooth, responsive suspension and easy adjustment for lighter riders.

A Shimano CUES 1x9 drivetrain with an 11–46T cassette offers a wide gear range for climbing and fast descents alike. Tektro hydraulic disc brakes with short-reach levers ensure safe and controlled braking for smaller hands. The bike rolls on Dartmoor Raptor rims paired with Kenda Amrak tires, delivering durability and reliable traction.

For 2026, the Sparrow Junior 27.5/26 comes in fresh new colorways: Solar Eclipse (yellow/black) and Cool Grey / Blue, finished with bold, youth-focused graphics.
